Why is a price not shown for some services?
The scope of Guided and Premium support depends on how many courses you are considering and the stage you are at. We confirm the price after your free profile check so you only pay for support you need. You will always see the price in writing before you agree to anything.
Is the profile check really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to buy a paid service afterwards.
Do you charge universities?
Britvia may be paid by universities under recruitment agreements. That never changes what students pay or what we recommend. Read how Britvia is paid.
Can I cancel a paid service?
Yes. Your cancellation rights, including the 14-day cancellation period for services bought online, are set out in our terms of service.
Does paying improve my chances of admission?
No service can guarantee admission. Good advice can help you choose suitable courses and prepare stronger applications, but universities make their own decisions.
