Terms of Service

Please read these terms before creating an account or buying a service from Britvia.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. About us

These terms are between you and Britvia (legal entity: To be confirmed, company number: To be confirmed, registered address: To be confirmed).

2. What we provide

Britvia provides UK university admissions and academic advisory services, including guidance on course selection, application planning and application review. The free UK University Assessment provides indicative guidance only.

3. What we do not provide or promise

  • We do not guarantee admission to any course, an offer, a scholarship or a visa. Universities and UK Visas and Immigration make those decisions.
  • We do not provide immigration advice. Visa information on our website is general and based on GOV.UK.
  • We do not write application materials on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy and originality of what you submit.

4. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You must not share your account, upload unlawful or malicious content, or attempt to access other users' data.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk.

5. Paid services

  • The scope, price and payment terms of a paid service are confirmed in writing before you pay.
  • Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

6. Cancellation

If you buy a service online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start work within that period and then cancel, we may charge for the work already done. After the service is fully performed with your agreement, the right to cancel ends. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. University relationships

Britvia may receive payments from universities under recruitment agreements. We explain this in how Britvia is paid and disclose partnership status on your shortlist.

8. Our content

We work hard to keep guidance accurate and show when it was last reviewed, but rules, fees and requirements change. Always check official sources before making decisions.

9. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, government bodies or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Complaints and law

Please use our complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
