Data trust
The rules behind our information and your data
Two promises: information you can check, and data you control.
University, course and scholarship information
- Every course fact links to the official university page it came from.
- Every record shows when it was last checked, and has a date for its next review.
- Information past its review date is marked as due for review instead of being shown as current.
- Only information we have verified is listed. We would rather show nothing than guess.
- A university is shown as an official Britvia partner only when a verified agreement exists.
- Automated tools never supply fees, deadlines, entry requirements, scholarships or course availability.
Your information
- We ask only for what helps us guide you: contact details, education, English test, study goals and a budget range. Never passport numbers, identity documents or bank details.
- Email updates, WhatsApp updates, information from universities and research are separate choices, all off unless you turn them on.
- We share your details with a university only when you ask to hear from that university and confirm it. You can withdraw at any time.
- We do not sell student data.
- Analytics never includes names, email addresses or phone numbers, and runs only if you allow it.
- Each student can see and change only their own information. You can download your data or delete your account yourself.
