Every Britvia account includes a privacy centre where you control your information and choices yourself.
See and download your data
Download everything Britvia holds about your account as a file you can keep.
Choose how we contact you
Turn email and WhatsApp updates on or off separately. Service messages about your enquiry are never mixed with marketing.
Decide which universities can contact you
Britvia only shares your request with a university you choose, after you confirm. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
Research preferences
Choose whether your profile may be included in anonymised, aggregated research. Your name and contact details are never included.
Delete your account
Delete your account yourself. We keep only the records the law requires, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
No account? Make a privacy request
If you enquired without creating an account, you can still ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, or withdraw consent. We reply within one month, and tell you if we need longer.
